Steps to prepare Apple Beetroot Salad
To prepare this delicious and healthy salad, peel the skin of apple and cut them into small pieces.
Now, peel the skin of beetroot and carrot. In a small bowl, grate both of them and set aside. Then remove the skin of ginger and cut it finely.
Now, take a large bowl and add the cut apple, grated beetroot & carrot, finely cut ginger along with pepper powder, cumin powder, salt and lime juice. Mix them all well, and serve immediately.
