  • apple - 1
  • Carrot (gaajar) - 2
  • ingredients_ - 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder (jeera powder) - 0.25 tsp
  • grated beetroot - 1
  • Chopped ginger (kata adrak) - 1
  • black peppercorns-roasted and powdered - 0.25 tsp

  1. To prepare this delicious and healthy salad, peel the skin of apple and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Now, peel the skin of beetroot and carrot. In a small bowl, grate both of them and set aside. Then remove the skin of ginger and cut it finely.
  3. Now, take a large bowl and add the cut apple, grated beetroot & carrot, finely cut ginger along with pepper powder, cumin powder, salt and lime juice. Mix them all well, and serve immediately.
