Ingredients for preparing Apple Rabdi

  • low fat milk - 3 cup
  • grated apples with skin (seb) - 0.75 cup
  • Cardamom Powder (ilaayachee powder) - 0.25 tbsp
  • nutmeg powder - pinch
  • sugar substitute - 1 tbsp

Steps to prepare Apple Rabdi

  1. Boil milk in a non stick pan for 10-12 mins while stirring ocassionally and scraping the sides.
  2. Now add the grated apple and simmer for 2- 3 mins. Keep stirring in between and scrape the sides of the pan
  3. Add the cardamom and nutmeg powder, mix well and keep aside to cool.
  4. Once the rabadi¸ has been cooled, add the sugar substitute, mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve Chilled
