Hi i was a big fruit lover & considered almost all fruits to be included in my daily food intake. But after becoming aware of high sugar levels in my tests i had to restrict intake of some fruits & some in limited amount. I came to know from my diabetic friends that certain fruits have a high amount of sugar that can be dangerous for person with high blood sugar.My friends also told me that there are fruits that help in reducing blood sugar & that’s the reason they can be included in a diabetic person’s diet. These fruits include Kiwi, Black Jamun, Starfruit,Guava,Pineapples,Papaya,Oranges,Pomogranetes & Jackfruits.They also suggested me to eat WaterMelons in limited amount. Among these fruits many have good amount of vitamins,fiber & also anti-viral,anti-bacterial properties.So i was happy & tension free to eat these fruits as a diabetic.
