hi,i agree with you that our ancient Ayurveda has many solutions for diabetes & for most of our health complaints.It also has some simple tricks that can be followed sitting right at home to keep our sugar levels at normal. Karela has been a proven good method to keep a check on our diabetes. My mother –in –law has been diagnosed with diabetes since last 15 years, i have seen her having karela juice on empty stomach every morning, along with karela she does some other home remedies as taking 2-3 tsp of cinnamon powder in 1ltr boiled water & finishing entire amount in whole day. Fenugreek seeds are also helpful when taken in 4 tbsp in around 250ml water soaked overnight ,crush & strain mixture & drink everyday for atleast a period of 60-70 days.Hope these ayurvedic solutions help you keep blood sugar levels normal.
