I have never been a believer of counting calories! Especially find it impossible and silly regarding Indian food. But healthify.me is still easy to keep up with. It talks more in dishes than in calories. Which is easier to follow. For eg: if i am told to eat 100 calories i would be confused. But it tells me in 1 katori of tur dal. 1 cup of curd.
